Typically, our in-stock products are shipped after 24 to 72 business hours. Occasionally, unforeseen delays may occur due to issues within the supply chain. If an item happens to be on backorder, it may result in further delays. Damaged or Defective Items:
Customers are required to promptly report any damage or defects upon receipt of their order to the delivery company and within 24 hours to Chair Discounters via email at support@chairdiscounters.com. Please ensure to include the order number, a detailed description of the issue, and attach any relevant photo or video documentation. By promptly reporting any damage or defects and providing the necessary information, Chair Discounters can efficiently assist you in resolving the issue with the manufacturer.
Sales Final
All sales are final. Customers are advised to thoroughly inspect items upon delivery and immediately report any issues to Chair Discounters.

Cancellation Policy:
Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of purchase. If a cancellation request is made within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be issued less any financing or credit card fees. Any Cancellation request made after 24 hours but before the order has been provided tracking information, will result in a cancellation fee of 15% of the purchase amount.
Refused Shipments:
If you choose to refuse a shipment, please note that there will be additional costs incurred. This includes freight charges, along with a restocking fee of 25%. Upon confirmation that the delivery has been cancelled and is enroute back to the warehouse, the refund process will be initiated. However, these refunds will be subject to deductions for the $250 flat shipping charge fee and the restocking fee. It's important to be aware of these terms before deciding to refuse a shipment to avoid any
unexpected expenses.
* If refusal at the time of delivery due to an unlikely damage takes place, no refusal fee will occur, as long as a replacement chair is accepted.
