30-Day Returns
We are proud to offer 30 Day Returns on Osaki, Titan, Osaki Japan, AmaMedic, Ador, and Inada branded Massage Chairs. The customer is responsible for all Vendor Freight Charges(initial delivery and return) and separately the Merchant Center processing fees(could be up to 15%). Once we have confirmed receipt of the return, the customer will be refunded the difference.
